After more than three years of customizable patterns, my shop is modernizing with an interactive creation tool that allows you to visualize your custom sewing pattern . You will be able to have fun mixing the patterns of tops, bottoms and sleeves and imagine your next sewing project.

But the question you are probably asking yourself is "Why didn't this tool exist yet?!"

I'll tell you all about it :-) To go back in time to my brand, I had already developed a tool to visualize its creation in 2016. That's a while ago! At that time, the concept of customization was intended for future brides and their bridesmaids. I made custom dresses for weddings. I invite you to read this article if you want to know more about the history of my brand . On the technical side, I used another supplier for my online store, not very optimal. So unreliable that one day, my store was hacked and everything had disappeared, bad luck!

In 2019, I made the decision to launch the concept of customization in sewing patterns. It was a professional turning point for me, I wondered if I was not going to leave my entrepreneur hat and return to employment. I then made the choice to develop a new site that was much easier to use and more reliable. But by making this change, I had lost my customization tool.

This interactive page may seem simple at first glance, but there is a lot of technical work behind it, and therefore a budget to develop it! I preferred to take the time to install the brand and the concept before committing this expense. In the meantime, I have therefore simply created a customization tool in PDF format provided in your orders.

A few years later, and thanks to you, my company has reached cruising speed and I have decided to allocate a budget to the development of the customization tool on my store. I still had to find the perfect person to do it because I clearly do not have the skills. I was very lucky, I found Geneviève who is a great developer. She makes me want to learn to code so much she has carried out this project smoothly! The tool will be further enriched in the coming weeks thanks to her.
